Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary appreciated the services of Ms. Humaira Ahmed. He said that Secretary Ms. Humaira Ahmed and other officers of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs played a commendable role on all important parliamentary matters, including the recent budget session. 

Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary further said that professional bureaucrats like Ms. Humaira Ahmed can bring about change in this system. It is hoped that the newly appointed secretary will also play a positive role in improving the performance of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. At the farewell ceremony, all the officers of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs paid tribute to the Secretary and a cake was also cut on the occasion. Ms. Humaira Ahmed said that she had a very good working relationship with Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary. She is grateful to Federal Minister Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary and the officers of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs for organizing the farewell ceremony on her retirement.
