Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary, issued a special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsaal Kashmir:

• August 5, 2019, marks a dark chapter in history, stated the Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs.
• India unilaterally revoked the special constitutional status of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), said Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary.
• The Indian action is a blatant violation of UN Security Council resolutions and international laws, emphasized the Minister.
• On Youm-e-Istehsaal, we express complete solidarity with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters, said Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary.
• Over the years, the people of IIOJK have rendered immense sacrifices for their freedom and fundamental right to self-determination, noted the Minister.
• Indian oppression and atrocities can in no way suppress the unyielding spirit of freedom in IIOJK, affirmed Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary.
• The struggle of Kashmiris for justice and self-determination continues with full strength and resolve.

On this occasion, the Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, along with officers and officials of the Ministry, also participated in the Kashmir Solidarity Walk.

• Pakistan will continue to extend unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support to the Kashmiri people, reaffirmed Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary.
• The international community must take immediate notice of human rights violations in IIOJK, urged the Minister.
• The global community should ensure Kashmiris get their right to self-determination in accordance with UN resolutions.
• May Almighty Allah elevate the ranks of the martyrs of Kashmir and bless the Kashmiri people with freedom and peace.
